3. You have basic needs for information gathering, document routing and approval, and want to move from paper to electronic processes.

Consider Nintex Workflow software for BPA When:

1. You want a more complete and proven workflow platform that enables a more integrated, holistic approach to human-to-human (H2H) and application-to-application (A2A) process management.
2. You need groups other than development staff, such as Business Analysts, to be involved in workflow design.
3. You need both a graphical user interface (GUI) for workflow design that non-developers can understand and a design tool that integrates with Visual Studio for your development staff.
