The new features found in Office System 2007 can be overwhelming to companies that are new to the software.  It's common for companies to start projects with this software and eventually stall or fail due to lack of training and/or insufficient planning.

In order to help our customers succeed we have developed the following engagements that vary in length from one to four weeks depending on customers needs:

1. QuickStart / Training.  This engagement is primarily educational and assists customers with architectural guidance, industry best practices, and customization of web parts.  This engagement is not designed to be a proof-of-concept.
2. Search QuickStart.  This one week engagement is designed to educate both business and technical personnel on MOSS 2007 Search, develop a preliminary architecture, and install/configure search for a predetermined area of enterprise data.
3. Migration Assessment.  During this engagement we will review current site configuration, standard portal features and usage, security configuration, branding and customization needs, and discuss new features.  The last step will be a gap analysis along with a detailed migration plan.
4. Enterprise Planning for Portals.  This engagement will review corporate strategy, analyze organizational structure, develop conceptual design, formalize requirements / architecture, and finally develop a project plan.  Very often this type of engagement also encompasses a Migration Assessment.
