New Features Include

Zoom to view Designer Canvas options
The Nintex Workflow designer now has options to zoom in and out in order to ease the designing and viewing of larger workflows.

Print the workflow design
Use the print function to display a printer friendly view of the workflow design.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration
Several new workflow actions are available to create, update, delete and query data to and from Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4. This will enable business processes within SharePoint to be integrated with commercial data like customer records and sales transactions.

Use the Exchange Server meeting suggestions feature to select best fit meeting times for participants
The Get Meeting Suggestion workflow action can get participants’ list of available times from their Exchange calendar at workflow run time. Meetings can be scheduled based on the participants’ availability to hold a discussion or find a best fit available person within the organization to respond promptly to a request in the workflow.

Support for Microsoft Exchange Server 2010
All Nintex workflow integration actions for Exchange Server now provide full support for Exchange Server 2010.

Configure Links in My Workflow Tasks web part
Enhancements to the “My Workflow Tasks” web part provides the flexibility to change the item link in the web part. For example, the link from the My Workflow Tasks web part can be configured to launch an InfoPath form that has custom built-in approval options for a user to approve or reject instead of directing the user to the workflow task first and then clicking on the form to respond to the custom built-in approval options.

Improved performance to better support distributed Active Directories
Several enhancements to the Active Directory integration features have been made to improve the performance when selecting a person (People Picker) in distributed, large scale, Active Directory implementations.

Set long term task delegation
A new web service method has been created to add a long term task delegation rule. This may be used within a leave request workflow where the web service can be called to automatically set a user’s long term task delegation for a specific period of time.
