Vision
Eastridge replaced the paper adjustment forms with
electronic versions, set up storage of form data and approver lists for online
retrieval and provided attachment functionality, in online form, for back-ups. The
automatic generation of unique document numbering for adjustments and refund
requests was also a pivotal solution for the healthcare provider. Within the
solution, Eastridge provided work queues for all staff responsible for
approvals and/or rejections. Search functionality and drop down menus for
adjustment codes were also included to enhance the user experience.
Architecture
To increase billing efficiency, Eastridge developed an automation process within SharePoint Enterprise 2007 that utilizes
Nintex Workflow Enterprise 2007. Paper forms provided mock-up designs that were used
to create InfoPath 2007 forms to streamline data entry.
