Eastridge is Certified by Microsoft to Deliver Focused SharePoint Planning Sessions.
Eastridge has the training and certifications from Microsoft to deliver SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) to companies that need to plan a new SharePoint project, an upgrade from a previous version, or possibly an upgrade from a non-SharePoint system. These engagements present an overview of SharePoint features for business and technical personnel, while also allowing for discovery of a customer's current technology and future strategic needs. At the completion of these planning sessions customers come away with a prioritized plan that enumerates timeframes, budgets, and recommended feature combinations. If customers choose for 5, 10, or 15 day planning sessions Eastridge can also create proof of concept applications on SharePoint that explore specific business and technical needs on a SharePoint platform.
Microsoft Volume License customers have the option of paying for SDPS engagements with their Volume License vouchers. This allows SharePoint customers to either use their Software Assurance Benefits to pay for all or partial services, or pay directly for SharePoint deployment and upgrade services.
This service is offered in increments of 1, 3, 5, 10, and 15 days depending on customer needs.

Includes a Strategy Briefing Session (SBS) and an overview of SharePoint features and solution areas, plus a review of your environment, pain points and requirements. Together, we will design a high-level solution based on your business needs and further gain knowledge on how best to deploy SharePoint in your environment. |

Includes an Architecture Design Session (ADS), participants dive deeper into their requirements and design a SharePoint solution tailored to their environment. Conceptual design, logical and physical architectures are created for the solution. (in addition to the Strategy Briefing Session). |

Designed to provide deep guidance on specific SharePoint solution capabilities that provide value within your environment. Includes a virtual lab session for hands-on understanding of the solution technologies and capabilities, 2 days of deployment planning and assistance with creating a plan and best practices for deployment. (in addition to the Strategy Briefing and Architecture Design Session) |
10 & 15 |
Both the 10 and 15 day engagement includes 3-day ADS to understand your scenarios and introduce technologies, solutions, and concepts; plus 2 days of deployment planning for a specific SharePoint capability. This is followed by a 5 or 10-day Proof of Concept (POC) project to demonstrate the solution at a customer environment. (in addition to the Strategy Briefing Session) |
